SINOVIA - Sinovia is a largely arid planet. Desert and scrubland abound. The only hospitable places are on the western side of the mountain ranges where there is plenty of water. As the second settled planet, Sinovia is well-populated and firmly established. There are a number of mining interests, several quarries with truly fine stone, some farming and ranching. The arid plains, called the Great Wastes, have been left to the indigenous nomadic people who call themselves Churka. Keleos is Sinovia's capitol and is situated on the continent's west coast between the Larn River and one of its tributaries, Raren River.
